I would recommend it the children like it and it is visually appealing.

How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

It is visual and linked to he National Curriculum. The images are attractive and child friendly. It is targeted at different age groups in an age appropriate way.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

We have a lot of children with special educational needs so anything targeted towards them would be good.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

The children really like it and love watching it as it engages their imagination. Keep on focusing on key vocabulary as this is a focus for most schools.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited

We use it for assessment sometime but feel it could be slightly more structured.

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

It is a good resource to include in our planning as it links in well. There are no weaknesses that I can think of.

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

We like resources that children can access from home and this enables the children to do this.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

I think it is good value for the money as we can use it across the school and different curriculum areas.
