Perfectly meets the need in our school.
How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
Easy to use resources and plans. Teachers find this resource very helpful in covering the curriculum.
How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?
Well: The content is inclusive and sensitively presented
Adapts planning to ensure all children can participate.
How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
Wide range of plans to cover all abilities. Very inclusive.
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
I think the engagement of pupils is more about the way the teacher inspires the children rather than the plans themselves
How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?
Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited
There’s some notion of assessment but this isn’t explicit
How well does it support planning?
Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation
Meets the needs of my staff team well.
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or resources
Not really used these plans for home use so difficult to comment
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
Very good value. In fact it is very reasonable indeed
