How well does it match the curriculum?
Reasonably: It’s good enough for the money, but needs some additional resources
Covers the broad strokes of the curriculum but could do with a feature to edit your own and integrate into your own curriculum
How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?
Well: The content is inclusive and sensitively presented
A good range of authors from different ethnicities
How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
Well used to differentiate across the different pupils I teach
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so
The units are planned well with engaging resources which excite pupils
How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?
Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress
Not enough assessment linked to the sats etc for year 2 and year 6
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
The units that we use are well planned and contain everything we need
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or resources
These can be adapted well to online learning
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Reasonably: It represents about the same value for money as similar resources I’ve seen
I wouldn’t expect it to increase in price as we think this is the correct price to pay
