How well does it match the curriculum?
Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected
The cpd in particular is outstanding
How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?
Well: The content is inclusive and sensitively presented
We would still like more support for some SEND children and for transience (NIAs)
How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
Lots of support for the teacher with differentiation
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
It is simple and easy for the children to know what is coming
How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?
Brilliantly: We could (or do) use it for monitoring pupils or classes, for gap analysis or to inform intervention strategies
Great resources
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
All there for teachers
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources
As yet we haven't fully utilised this section
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Reasonably: It represents about the same value for money as similar resources I’ve seen
It is expensive but provides lots of resource for that money.
