How well does it match the curriculum?

Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected

There is a comprehensive approach to the curriculum that includes scaffold and challenge.

How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?

Brilliantly: The content stands out as being particularly positive in this regard and would be welcome in any school like mine

It is accessible and well thought out

How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?

Brilliantly: There is a wide enough range of resources to provide a good range of options for all pupils

Tasks are progressively challenging with appropriate scaffolding and pronunciation support

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

It’s one of our children’s favourite lessons as it’s fun and engaging

How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?

Brilliantly: We could (or do) use it for monitoring pupils or classes, for gap analysis or to inform intervention strategies

The assessment spreadsheet is really useful

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

We often give it to cover teachers as the planning is so robust

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or rThere would need to be videos that we could post alongside the work to support children

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

For the content and the included CPD it is great value for money
