How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
A fantastic collection of materials which are relevant for lots of different devices. Curated by edtech experts and exceeds national curriculum expectations, includes eyfs
How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?
Well: The content is inclusive and sensitively presented
Very visual materials that teach in small steps
How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
The materials are progressive across the year groups
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
The materials are well designed but teachers need to make their own links to topics they teach, too.
How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?
Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited
Assessments are useful but all schools will have their own tracking for foundation subjects so some work may be needed to adapt the materials
How well does it support planning?
Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation
Well structured and current resources
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or resources
Good adaptation during home learning
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
The resources are updated and added to regularly
