Excellent resource with small tweaks

How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

Curriculum is covered and it is in staggered steps

How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?

Brilliantly: The content stands out as being particularly positive in this regard and would be welcome in any school like mine

Everyone can access the materials as it has differentiated work

How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

All lessons are available from year 1-6

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so

It does but it needs to include an explanation of the topic before going straight into example questions

How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?

Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited

Doesn’t provide end of unit tests

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

All lessons and materials are included

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

Children can follow the PowerPoints on their own but they need to include a definition first before the questions.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
