Really like it and am looking forward to using it more.
How well does it match the curriculum?
Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected
Lots of resources in all areas, well differentiated.
How well does it support your school’s inclusion/diversity/equal opportunities policy?
Reasonably: There is some representation of minorities and no real stereotyping
Not an area I’ve thought about really but seems ok.
How well does it support differentiation for the full range of the classes you use it with?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
There is usually differentiation and if not I can find similar resources at a different level.
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
Engaging subjects have helped guided reading to go well.
How well supported is it by accompanying formative assessments?
Well: We could use it for monitoring individual pupil progress
Haven’t done this but could easily do so.
How well does it support planning?
Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation
Fits well for me - I can decide what I want to do and find resources to help that.
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources
Haven’t used it this way but could do easily.
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
Great resources well organised.
