It’s a decent package - would recommend
How well does it match the curriculum?
Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected
Clear and concise - exactly what we were looking for.
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Reasonably: We can’t use it too often or for too long
We need teachers to use this as a base and plan their lessons to fit their class
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited
We need to top assessment up
How well does it support planning?
Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation
Planning is good
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Reasonably: It could be used at home or independently, but pupils would need some extra support or resources
We don’t use this for home learning
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen
It’s very reasonable for what it is
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 9/11
