Great resource.

How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

All the resources are there. Easy to use for non specialists. Ensures coverage and progression.Weakness: sometimes lack of challenge for more able

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

Needs more challenge for the higher ability. There are usually lots of resources/scaffolding for the less able.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

Children love the different activities and ideas. They seem to find it very engaging. The hints work well when the children are stuck.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Brilliantly: We could (or do) use it for monitoring pupils or classes, for gap analysis or to inform intervention strategies

Good, you can see what the children have achieved on activities and how many stars they have achieved.

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

It’s all there - lots of strengths. The only weakness I can think is sometimes the amount of text can appear overwhelming so a quick overview would be appreciated.

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

Children can log in from home so it definitely supports home school learning. A useful tool to link learning.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen

Unsure, it offers coverage and activities for a wide range of subjects and topics. Continue to update e-safety elements so it stays current and up to date.
