How well does it match the curriculum?

Reasonably: It’s good enough for the money, but needs some additional resources

All in one place but can be difficult to navigate. Helpful that out all can be used on an iPad and that children can access it at home especially during the lockdown.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Reasonably: Essentially there’s enough for most pupils but there isn’t enough support, extension or challengeI find it a challenge to differentiate enough when using the games. It is better when using the programs.

It would be useful to be able adapt the programmes for the needs of the children when using the games.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so

Children enjoy the activities and quickly become used to the format. They enjoy the fact they can make something that works e.g. game

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

How well does it support planning?

Reasonably: Mostly we can use it without an unreasonable amount of effort or additional resource requirement

The planning can be confusing and difficult to follow. The videos to show you what to do are useful.

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

Helpful trust you can set a 2SZ and then Mark the children’s work online.

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
