How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

It is easy to use and interesting to the children. It links in well to computing topics but also has many cross curricular links for other areas which also tie in with the curriculum

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

It would be better if there was more for SEN children. I think that would be all that I would add.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

I think it is done very well and do not need improvements. The children are engaged when using purple mash and are excited to go to ICT.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

The work can be saved and used as evidence for assessment. Also different parts have questions that allow the work to be assessed.

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

The planning is all done for you it is easy to print of the lesson plan and all the work is online and interactive which moves on progressively through the lesson

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

We use it as homework and also during the pandemic. It was easy to set it up and we had very few parents who have had any issues

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

I am not sure as I am not involved in the ordering of products so don’t know the cost of this product
