It’s a good resource but not necessarily on par with modern technology that children are used to.

How well does it match the curriculum?

Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

Strengths are the skills and knowledge embedded and the progression across year groups, clear assessment system Weaknesses - none

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Reasonably: Essentially there’s enough for most pupils but there isn’t enough support.

Simplified resources for SEN children and a reduction of cognitive load on resources e.g. programmes/sheets.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so

They love the interactivity of the platform. It can be difficult for them to navigate though so maybe simpler organisation

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

How well does it support planning?

Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation

It would be great if there were teacher knowledge resources like videos to support staff who are not confident with technology. We often strip back the slides so we break down the steps to smaller pieces

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

Children love using it at home

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
