How well does it match the curriculum?

Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected

PurpleMash has great coverage particularly for Foundation Phase

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Brilliantly: There is a wide enough range of resources to provide a good range of options for all pupils

We use it from N to Y6

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

It has a wide range of engaging features

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited

We don't tend to use it for this

How well does it support planning?

Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation

You still need to go through the lessons to check they cover what you need them to

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

It was very useful

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen

We've subscribed for a number of years and are very happy

Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 11/11
