How well does it match the curriculum?

Reasonably: It’s good enough for the money, but needs some additional resources

Clear and useful design that really engages and motivates students. I have found it really good at setting homework and giving clear feedback for me to help to improve formants of my classes.

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Reasonably: Essentially there’s enough for most pupils but there isn’t enough support, extension or challenge.

It would be really handy if there was a problem-solving section so that students can get access to more open-ended problems.

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Reasonably: We can’t use it too often or for too long

Students enjoy the games focus of the program and this really helps to motivate them to complete more questions than they would do using a more traditional approach, a textbook.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Reasonably: There is some formative assessment included, but its usefulness is a bit limited

How well does it support planning?

Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation

The program helps with my planning by clearly demonstrating the weaknesses and strengths of every student

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Reasonably: It represents about the same value for money as similar resources I’ve seen

This could be offered to bigger schools at a discounted rate if the secondary schools pays for the full amount.
