How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
Sometimes the reading books need sorting more
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Brilliantly: There is a wide enough range of resources to provide a good range of options for all pupils
We are lucky to have the staff to man the different groups needed
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
They like the repetition
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Brilliantly: We could (or do) use it for monitoring pupils or classes, for gap analysis or to inform intervention strategies
Very assessment driven to help catch up and learning
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
All there - resources can take a long time to sort
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources
Parents know where their child is
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen
Like it/ big outgoing initially but worth it
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 11/11
