Great resource
How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
Covers all of the national curriculum objectives, good progression and able to adapt for different abilities
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
I feel it does support differentiation well and our children all enjoy the topics
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
Good resources that are fun to look at and engage the pupils so not sure how they could be improved. I think it's a good resource as it stands
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress
Good assessment that we do use. Although to be perfectly honest I see no reason why this subject should be assessed.
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
Has everything you need, clearly sets out stages, clear objectives, good explanations, apart from gathering resources, there's nothing left to do
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
Can't think of any apart from the obvious one of being cheaper but that's just because of school budgets becoming smaller
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 9/11
