Average rating across all Kapow Primary reviews: 4.1/5
How well does it match the curriculum?
Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected
Videos and language pronunciation are the strengths. Weaknesses would be easier downloadable links on one page
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
Nothing extra needed at present. MFL as a language doesn’t need to be differentiated at a primary level as oral work is essential
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so
Interactive and excellent videos which engage and motivate. Children find it humorous. Bright and easy to use and understand .
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress
Not really used them as yet.
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
Totally supports the curriculum so supports the planning. Progression is evident
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 11/11
