How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
Covers many areas in Ggood detail. Tricky sometimes to differentiate with. Lots of different activities.
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Reasonably: Essentially there’s enough for most pupils but there isn’t enough support I find it tricky to use with less able
Could benefit from more scaffolded sheets etc to help those who find engaging in main activity tricky. And extra activities
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
Generally children seem engaged with these activities and they are easily accessed for all but could be more inviting for those with SEN
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Badly: There isn’t any / enough formative assessment or what there is, isn’t very useful
How well does it support planning?
Reasonably: Mostly we can use it without an unreasonable amount of effort or additional resource requirement
I find it supports my planning well and I can adapt it to my needs and the class I teach. It is there as a good resource for my teaching.
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen
I think this resource is well worth the money. It is a cross curricular resource for all teachers and can be adapted well
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 9/11
