Professionally planned and thoughtful resource
How well does it match the curriculum?
Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected
Meets all the requirements of the national curriculum
How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?
Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils
Good ideas for support and challenge
How well does it engage and motivate pupils?
Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so
Lessons are well thought through
How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?
Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress
Clear objectives make AFL simple
How well does it support planning?
Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes
Plans are provided and need only adapting to class contact, the local area study needs most resourcing but this is bound to happen
How well does it support home use / independent learning?
Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources
Some suggestions for this
How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?
Brilliantly: It’s possibly the best value for money of any similar resources I’ve seen
Great value for money
Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 10/11
