Well: It covers the curriculum as well as we expected

Covers curriculum progression as necessary

 

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Differentiation needs further work. The level of challenges does not draw necessarily on mathematical concepts, but rather just increasing size of numbers at times

 

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Well: Pupils generally enjoy using it and tend to welcome doing so

Had no issues in engagement of using resources

 

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

Marksheets are accompanied but there are regular mistakes in them

 

How well does it support planning?

Well: It’s fairly self-contained and can be used with minimal preparation

Useful for planning topics

 

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Well: Pupils could be expected to use this at home or independently, with a minimum amount of support or additional resources

 

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

Provides a fair value for money
