Looks like would really h children in very fun, interactive way. They would think playing a game as learn!

How well does it match the curriculum?

Brilliantly: There is more content (eg support / extension activities) than we expected

So have not got it yet but our school had a staff meeting where we looked at all the current/new e resources & I thought this was the best. Very interactive & easy to use…so cute!

How well does it support adaptation for different groups of pupils?

Well: A large majority of resources are suitably differentiated for pupils

This is well differentiated but just doesn’t go far enough for KS1 SEN who Covid has put really behind

How well does it engage and motivate pupils?

Brilliantly: Pupils love using and are excited when they know they are going to do so

Characters are funny & think kids would enjoy them as they love the aliens we already have when we do Oxford Iela/RWI spellings g.

How well supported is it by any included formative assessments?

Well: We could (or do) use it for monitoring individual pupil progress

Not used for this but just saw at a trial run staff meeting recently and looked like did the job well enough to give next steps as well as grade…pre SATs in y3.

How well does it support planning?

Brilliantly: It has everything you could need and is straightforward to use with classes

It does most of the job for you - better than most

How well does it support home use / independent learning?

Brilliantly: We’d have very few reservations about using this extensively to support home learning

Not bought in not used but our school is trialling it and it looked like parents wouldn’t need to do a lot

How would you rate it for value for money compared to similar resources?

Well: It’s worth the money and effort to introduce – more so than many similar resources I’ve seen

Not sure of cost. We are trialling lots at moment & I do not have the level of senior management for the costing for this or

Would you recommend it to a colleague in a similar school to yours? 11/11
