Softease
Customer satisfaction and brand awareness
In 2007 Schoolzone worked with Softease on two research projects. The first phase of work explored existing client behaviours, customer satisfaction issues and brand awareness testing.
These areas were explored across the UK through a combination of focus group discussion to drill down through key issues and online survey work. Responses were sought from both existing Softease clients and those who are not currently customers.
Schoolzone worked with Softease to develop appropriate research strategies and profiling requirements. Head teachers from both the primary and secondary sector were recruited to participate in this research as well as a wide sample of classroom teachers at key stages 1 to 4.
In Autumn 2007 this work was followed up by work to analyse competitor impact and the appetite for, and potential barriers to, uptake of new products in development by Softease.
This second round of work moved away from Softease’s existing client base, capitalising on Schoolzone’s online research community of 50,000 educationalists. Having regard to the level of response and expertise needed, Schoolzone carried out this work amongst a highly targeted audience of respondents resulting in strong levels of feedback.
I am delighted with the work Schoolzone have undertaken on our behalf. Their understanding of our brief was excellent, and their turnaround and professional expertise is second to none. I would not hesitate in using their services again.
